Project Overview

Led the design of future-state processes and reporting requirements for a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) rollout. The objective was to modernize asset lifecycle management while ensuring technical delivery remained anchored in validated business processes. 

Key Initiatives

Infor EAMS Implementation: Spearheaded the design of future-state processes and reporting requirements for a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) rollout. 

Tooling & Integration: Integrated LucidChart with Jira, ensuring that process maps were no longer "filed away" but served as live references for technical development and testing. 

Backlog Refinement: Managed the end-to-end refinement of a 800-item backlog, utilizing estimation and prioritization techniques to focus delivery on high-value business objectives. 

Process Standardization: Established a new process framework and catalogue, ensuring all solution designs were reusable, searchable, and aligned with long-term business goals. Reduced time to catalogue & document processes by 75%. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitated daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies to ensure the solution design workstream remained aligned with broader project milestones and stakeholder needs.
