I’m just as comfortable presenting strategic roadmaps to the Board as I am serving as a Scrum Master within a squad or digging through extensive data sets.
My Philosophy:
If you can't explain it, you can’t change it. I believe that effective processes should be universally understood, not just by the person who designed them. My strength lies in taking high-level complexity and distilling it into clear, actionable frameworks that everyone can get behind.

Relaxed but Confident: I stay calm under pressure by only starting what I am confident I can finish. This integrity allows me to deliver results without the transformation panic.
The Go-To Problem Solver: I pride myself on being approachable. I leverage strong networking skills to find the right people and the right data to solve the hardest problems.
Framework Agnostic: While I prefer an Agile approach, I adapt my methods to suit the client’s culture and operating model. Delivery matters more than dogma.
Beyond the Office: When I’m not streamlining workflows, you’ll likely find me traveling from the quiet of a beach to the chaos of Hong Kong or riding through the Sahara. I’m a Liverpool FC supporter, a fan of 80s and 90s music, a decent cook, and a lover of cheesy films.
