Supporting the delivery of the 2040 Local Transport Plan, a multi-modal strategy designed to create an integrated, sustainable, and London-style transport network. The project focused on building a flexible, innovation-led infrastructure capable of adapting to changing technology and evolving community, economic, and global connectivity needs.

Delivered process architecture for a major transport transformation project, identifying and resolving critical network challenges to optimize performance.

Mapped end-to-end customer journeys to enhance user experience and improve accessibility across the Liverpool transport network. In total, 600+ processes catalogued & documented from journey to data level.

Developed comprehensive project plans and strategic roadmaps to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Designed viable, scalable solutions to modernize public transportation, prioritizing user-centric and eco-friendly outcomes to improve customer experience.
