New portfolio section is under construction. I'm leaving it live while I work so you can see it develop.
From May 2020 To August 2021
Architected the end-to-end Target Operating Model (TOM) for a first-to-market circular economy startup. The project required designing operational frameworks to bridge the gap between physical recycling processes converting plastic waste to oil via pyrolysis and a digital-first certification layer using blockchain to ensure traceability and environmental integrity.
Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: Collaborated with the COO and CIO to define and document the ideal operating model, ensuring seamless integration of multiple acquired recycling businesses.
Organizational Development: Mapped the human capital and skill sets required to execute new processes, directly authoring job specifications to build out the global operational teams.
Process Engineering: Architected end-to-end processes for new product launches while modernizing existing legacy workflows to maintain business continuity during high-growth phases.
Strategic Requirements Scoping: Translated business processes into a robust backlog of functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs), with a heavy emphasis on application security and infrastructure scalability.
Agile Leadership: Facilitated daily stand-ups and squad management to maintain delivery pace, remove blockers, and ensure team health within a high-pressure, rapid-growth environment.
Operational Scalability: Designed a Target Operating Model (TOM) that supported a 100% increase in operational throughput during the company's initial high-growth phase.
Traceability Assurance: Achieved 100% auditability of oil outputs through the implementation of a blockchain-backed certification process, mitigating market-wide fraud risks.
Deployment Velocity: Successfully onboarded 5 new global operational squads within the first 6 months by formalizing human capital requirements and streamlining the hiring/training process.
