Stakeholder Harmonization: Acted as the bridge between Brother Japan’s corporate mandates and the operational requirements of European subsidiary teams, fostering buy-in for the unified model.
Process Harmonization: Successfully transitioned disparate regional operations into a single, standardized process framework across five major European hubs.
Strategic Readiness: Ensured the SAP HANA implementation was built upon a validated, unified operational baseline, preventing costly technical debt associated with regional process fragmentation.
Global Integration: Successfully aligned European subsidiary processes with Brother Japan’s long-term global ERP strategy, enabling a clean, single-instance deployment.
