Architected a greenfield business line within Booking.com to extend the brand’s value proposition beyond travel and accommodation. The objective was to own the full customer journey by launching an integrated taxi and ground transport service, creating a seamless end-to-end travel experience.
Business Architecture: Led the process architecture for a start-up within a scale-up, designing end-to-end service workflows from customer booking to driver dispatch and service fulfilment.
Requirements Engineering: Translated complex service-level processes into a comprehensive set of functional and non-functional requirements, serving as the blueprint for the entire product build.
Product Delivery Alignment: Collaborated directly with multiple development squads, acting as the bridge between process intent and technical implementation to ensure the product vision was realized at speed.
Ecosystem Integration: Aligned new taxi operations with the existing Booking.com infrastructure, ensuring high-conversion user journeys that spanned flight, hotel, and now, ground transportation.
Operational Definition: Established the full operational manual and process catalogue for a new business unit from a blank sheet status.
Requirements Accuracy: Delivered a 100% requirements-to-delivery mapping, ensuring technical development squads were perfectly aligned with the target customer journey.
Strategic Impact: Successfully transitioned the brand from a travel-search platform to an end-to-end journey provider, significantly increasing total addressable market (TAM) per user.
