Process Mapping: Documented future-state HR and Payroll workflows via Visio in accordance with BPMN standards to support a large-scale Workday rollout.
Requirement Engineering: Managed the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from initial scoping and backlog creation (Persona/Objective/Benefit format) to estimation and delivery planning.
Change Management Support: Created a centralized process catalogue that served as the primary tool for change control, enabling the change management team to mitigate implementation risks.
Compliance & Analytics: Developed a comprehensive data dictionary to align with GDPR regulatory requirements and improve the accuracy of organizational data analytics.
